Eggs Benedict
Melty cheddar, smashed avocado + lime, chorizo, a perfectly poached egg, and a generous drizzle of scratch-made southwestern "hollandaise" sauce.

Soup
All the best parts, none of the slurping. Scratch-made French-onion-soup oniony goodness, gruyère + parm, fresh thyme, and crispy fried onion straws.
